Christmas decorations

Today we decorated the inside of the fifth wheel and put up our little tree, some decorations we brought with us and we purchased a few more while shopping yesterday, just could not resist. It was fun finding spots for our treasured decorations and adding the new decorations we purchased for our little tree. The weather has cooled down a bit 68F 20C, we are not complaining, better than the winter weather at home. We have not missed the snow at all, although we have found it difficult to think Christmas is coming fast, many campers here have decorated for Christmas as well as the park has put up their Christmas decorations.

We bought the flowers to the right and then I mixed the dried grasses that we collected in Ohio and Pa on our trip last spring.

A gift from theJim and Annie, Activity Coordinators for the park for helping them out with events. We will plant this Rosemary tree in the park before we leave as we cannot take it across the border with us.

We found spots for all our little treasures that we brought with us, and found a spot to display our Christmas Cards.

Below is our lights on the fifth and on the tree, not a great pic but gives you the idea.

Woody wandered around a took some photos, some did not turn out too well and he could not capture the park decorations well enough with our camera, he even tried doing night shots with the tripod but just didn’t really show the decorations effectively so we deleted them. The park does a great job of decorating adding decorations down the entrance driveway, by the office and along some park roads, which adds a very festive look.

Interior of Dave and Sharon's Motor home, we met them via RV.net, they were waiting for us when we arrived at the park Nov. 4th. That was so cool!

Front of Dave and Sharon's rig.

Paul and Sarah's rig, all the green you see in the window are Orchids, the bright lights are grow lights, whenever an orchid blooms Sarah invites Woody over to take pics. Sarah has also donated a few plants to the park office. When they travel the Orchids ride in the shower.

Vic and Shirley's rig.

To the right is Larry and Sonya's motor home yard, bottom pic is the front of their rig.

The Santa's you see are mirror covers which Sonja made.

This is just a few of the rigs that were decorated, overall the park took on a lovely festive Christmas feel.
