July 2nd to 4th
Spent most our time reading, shopping and searching the internet for a winter home, south Texas is looking good. The weather here was in the 80’s until the 4th, no rain except the very odd light shower. Dean from Stony Plain AV and Appliances came out and set up the DVD/VCR player for us, now I can start the time consuming job of transferring VHS tapes to DVD a project I want to complete prior to heading south of the border for the winter.
